88cuci Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 88cuci platform by all Malaysian users. Please read it carefully before registering or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the 88cuci platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 88cuci ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The 88cuci platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are eligible to enter into a legally binding contract in Malaysia.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 88cuci platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth and mobile number. Inaccurate or false information may result in a failed identity verification and your funds being unable to be withdrawn.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 88cuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the 88cuci platform, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate or disrupt the platform's systems and software.
- Using automation software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity through the platform.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system in ways that go against the original intent of the offer.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 88cuci reserves the right to take appropriate legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 88cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including FPX internet banking, TNG eWallet and other Malaysian digital wallets. We do not accept payments in foreign currencies.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account immediately upon system confirmation. If your deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please keep your transaction proof and contact our support team with full details.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as your 88cuci account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Newly registered users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
88cuci reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing if there are signs of suspicious activity or if the required identity verification documents have not been submitted. Standard withdrawal processing time is between one and three business days, depending on the method chosen.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The 88cuci platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.
88cuci is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including financial losses due to technical disruptions, transaction delays or system failures.
88cuci's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days prior to the claim arising.
6. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
88cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, breach of terms, money laundering activity, use of multiple accounts, or at the request of law enforcement agencies.
Temporary suspension may be imposed during an ongoing investigation. While suspended, access to your account and transaction processing will be paused. If the investigation finds no violation, your account will be reinstated and any reasonable losses will be compensated.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once all conditions have been met.
7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 88cuci platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of 88cuci and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content without prior written permission from 88cuci.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. 88cuci is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites. You access those websites entirely at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
88cuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
